Final Year books dilemma!

So i have been consistently reading books since past 3 years & the bulky ones because of FOMO+Interest but the way these books backfire during exams is hell.

So wasnted to ask if for final year Marrow + Preparatory manuals are enough?

Eg Arun Babu Paeds, Bhojani Obg, Renu Jogi Optha?
