Stremio Video Players mess up my AndroidTV

Hi, I've had Stremio for years without any issues but suddenly since this morning, when I load a stream it plays for two seconds and then the video freezes but the audio continues.

This causes all my video players on my AndroidTV to break. I can't play any YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime videos after that at all and have to factory reset the whole TV.

My other streaming platforms then work again until I try playing Stremio again and it freezes and crashes my entire TV.

And no, resetting the cache, uninstalling the Stremio app and restarting the TV does not help. I have to perform a factory reset for it to work again.
