Can someone help me remember what this game is called?

I remember this game from when I was younger and it had you play as an animal and you would hunt other animals and I think u would be able to play those animals and unlock new maps, from what I remember the animas that were in it were a jaguar, a giant like boss wolf at the end, and a giraffe
