Easter dicked me over

I got my pro shopping rating dropped down to 92% due tl people requesting Easter items that were NOT even available anymore. I chatted with customer service and was told that those items would manually be removed and my rating would go back up. if you were screwed over on your rating because of Easter items that there right or call and complain. it's not our fault people waited till the last minute and nothing was available.
