Asking for duty station change after TJO: has anyone done this? Or any HR folks here to chime in?

I recently accepted a TJO. The agency doesn’t really care where I work (I was given two options).

Circumstances have changed. So I now prefer the other location.

Given I’ve already accepted the TJO, is it difficult to have the duty location changed?

Insight from anyone with personal experience or federal HR experience would be appreciated!
