Some apps on my iphone and Apple watch think the default language is Italian despite every setting saying English.

I cannot figure out how to make it stop. I know it thinks its Italian because it red underlines English words and the suggested edits are Italian words. It’s happening in Reddit, Notes, email, really all my apps. I deleted italian from phone and it still shows up. This is driving me crazy.
