Issues with IOT Devices on Tplink Deco BE11000 dropping

Upgraded from an Alien Amplifi Mesh network to a TP-Link DECO BE11000 last week and I'm having reliability issues, specifically with the items on the IOT network. I have about 85 WIFI devices (30 on the main network) and 65ish on the IOT network. Turning on/off my lights using Google Assistant has become totally unstable. Sometime lights don't turn on and sometimes they don't turn off.

The App shows a good signal for all the devices, yet sometimes they randomly drop off and are listed in the offline section. I have a 3 story TH and 1 node on each level using a wired back-haul with 1gigabit coming into the house.

Any ideas?
