Lenses? Good, bad, and the ugly

Most of my media business is real estate related. Focused on interior videography shots for builders, designers, & agents. Close up, slow-mo, all the things. Dabbling into lifestyle sessions and talking head interview style videos on other professions as well. Budget is under $1k and really need a new lens that takes the cake. Never used Viltrox but heard good things. Love prime lenses so might go that route if it makes sense. *note I have scoured through a lot of the threads regarding lenses and a it’s so all over the place it’s hard to digest. TIA!
