Entrapment and After the Sunset share a musical cue?

So the soundtrack in Entrapment has a short musical cue @ 1:39:26 where Catherine Zeta Jones is on the subway platform....

After the Sunset seems to share this musical cue @ 27:22 where Pierce and Selma Hyack look over the ocean...

Since ATS came out in 2004 and Entrapment came out in 1999 I am guessing that the music came from Entrapment and was borrowed by ATS...

Anyone know what happened here??
