Any bootstrapped SaaS founders who applied for equity free grants? Was the process worth it?

Hello female founders, I have been bootstrapping my business from a while now(2.5 yrs) and I think it's high time for me to build & market aggressively and so I was planning to apply for equity free grants (mainly in India).

I did my research and found a list of options but that would also require me to change my company legal structure (which means having additional recurring costs) Any recommendations of schemes and also Women specific schemes that actually helped you are welcome.

Has anyone applied for equity free grants for a SaaS product? Was it approved and how long did it take for the application to be reviewed before you actually got the access to funds?

Did you find the process to be worth it and funds useful?

Also, at what stage was your product when you applied for funds?

And lastly, what all documents and proofs you had to collect to make your application strong? Did you do it by yourself of you had some help?
