Arc 1 boss rematches - does anyone farm these for lv 160 gear?

Been grinding through getting some 160 Aeon gear (in spite of many recommendations not to), and was informed by a friend about gear options via the Arc 1 boss rematches. I'm playing on a storm wiz and the robe, athame, and ring from the krok and meowiarty boss rematches seem like very strong alternatives (krok robe even gives more dmg, albeit less pierce).

After a little bit of digging it doesn't look like there's a whole lot of discussion about people going after rematch gear, even though they seem like super easy options for getting 160 gear that easily competes with the Aeon pieces.

So, what do folks have to say about going for these gear pieces? Are the standard mode bosses as easy as they seem for farming Aeon substitutes? Secondly, would anyone want to do these with me? (I have 2 sets off all rematches)
