The app sucks or am I missing something?

I shot in custom mode on my Action 6

I go to each downloaded video in the app to change the aspect ratio to 9:16. success.

then I go to editor and try to add each video file into the editor. and all of them are not added in 9:16?

what am I missing?

I also can't export anything out of the app in more than 1080. I shot in 4k

I'm new to DJI Mimo. I am used to insta360's app and I can change the aspect ratio, export in 4K etc no problem.

is it something I'm missing?
