Pouring watery blood?? Helpp

I had my period last week, I would say I had decent to heavy flow. My period ended yesterday and I was fine until an hour ago, I suddenly bled, but it was very watery, it was like pouring?? Sorry for the TMI. But I don't understand what is happening and it hurts so much, what is happening? Anyone experienced this?
