Advice needed for my unhappy balcony plants

I live in an apartment with no access to a hose. I need advice for treatment please.

Sundenia Red I have no idea what is going on. The leaves feel dry and it looks like there are multiple issues there so I haven't done much aside from cleaning the leaves. The vines are long and scraggly. It still blooms and I think the hummingbirds feed from it because when I go to clean it one will fly to eye level and hover.

Blazin' Lime I went to repot (root-bound) and noticed wilted crunchy edged leaves and aphids (yuck). I took cuttings to clean and prop, sprayed everything with a neem oil water mix and, pruned her to a Charlie Brown Christmas tree extent and put her on the far side of balcony. Two days later I found 3 aphids.

Kalanchoe Looks absolutely disgusting. I was going to neem the heck out of it but I spotted a baby alien and I feel stuck. I love mantids so much and cannot disrupt its hunting ground.
