Hey all bit of a numbers nerd here, I built a pretty cool simple app called Landlord OS because I got way too into tracking my rental finances and wanted something way better than spreadsheets.

It automatically breaks down income vs expenses, tracks rent, and generates some pretty detailed reports (cash flow, ROI, property rankings—I definitely geek out on that stuff more than I should lol). It also has a tenant portal, maintenance requests, lease and tenant management, and even tax-ready reports which has been super nice.

I’ve been using it myself and love digging into the data, so I’m looking for a few other landlords to try it out and give honest feedback.
