The Fugitive (1993)

Been a minute since I've seen this but perfectly fits my old movie bender.

Harrison Ford is really good in this, I have a weird new mindset about him after hearing him on Conan's podcast. He's SUPER angry old man energy now and it's hilarious, one of those heroes I wouldn't want to meet in person because he'd be a dick to me and it would be sad.

That being said, Tommy Lee Jones is incredible in everything. The iconic scene in the sewer where poor Harrison Ford is like bro I didn't kill her and Tommy Lee Jones is just dude I don't care. The delivery of that line is like chocolate covered in more chocolate.

I swear to god, if I saw Tommy Lee Jones in real life I would immediately exclaim "i didn't kill my wife!!!!" and just pray he's in a good mood and does the line back. God, smiling so hard thinking about that hypothetical situation. Smiling again editing this post and picturing it in real life. I DON'T CARE!!!

Oh speaking of Harrison Ford, this video of him smashing star wars legos is recommended.

Anyway, recommended movie watch if you haven't seen it. Going down this 80's/90's rabbit hole but like this was an incredible movie when it came out and holds up. I feel like a old man saying movies were better back then but whatever. Gonna listen to some Alice In Chains after the movie ends.

Took a caffeine pill thinking I was going to go out to the bar and friend flaked so I can probably get another movie in after this one.
