Social Worker in Ontario, Canada in private practice. Curious to know which on line calendars and websites are best please; from other practitioners.

I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the possibilities. I'm at the beginning of researching choices and I'm interested in hearing from others about their experiences and recommendations to narrow down some options. I understand that they each have free trials, but know that it takes time/energy to learn each different platform. I am not so technology savvy, so would really value some input from other private practitioners recommendations from their business experience thus far. I need a platform with privacy for client's protection, of course and integrated system. I am a sole practitioner and want a system that is user friendly for clients to use. I need a calendar allowing for multiple choices for video, tele and in person counselling options. I will also be offering a mobile service locally. I want a system that allows me templates and to create assessment forms that get sent to new clients automatically and a safe/secure platform to communicate with clients through the platform. Note taking features I'm not at all interested in as I will continue to go 'old school' with pen/paper and storing with lock & key in a filing cabinet as I find this ultimately saves me time. On line payment options would also be nice, but I will also invest in a physical machine for those clients who prefer to pay that way. I will pay the extra fee affiliated with any of these platforms to create a secure website for advertising; with an integrated all in one system. I believe most of them would send automatic reminders to clients. I would also love to have a cancellation list system or option through a calendar.
