Workday is a steaming pile of garbage

Rant

Every time I open a job application to a Workday portal I literally roll my eyes at this point. Out of every application I've submitted using Workday, I think I've gotten one screening call from the HR rep. Usually I just get a rejection email within a few hours (or sometimes within the hour) of submitting my application.

While I wouldn't be surprised that I could be doing something wrong in the application that Workday doesn't like, I've found that for similar positions with other companies I've applied for that DON'T use Workday, I've been far more likely to get an interview. I feel like I'm at a point where I just don't want to bother wasting my time with anymore Workday applications.

Just needed to vent for a bit. It's just incredibly frustrating to apply for a position that I believe I meet or exceed the criteria listed, only to be rejected before a human at the company likely ever looked at my application.
