Recommendations on first camera?

UK, England, ~£750

I intend to shoot casual street/landscape photography with the rare video here and there.

I’ve been doing a lot of research and to me the Fujifilm X-M5 looks like the best option in its price range (~£750) however, I know there isn’t a digital viewfinder (although the screen is very bright so is it needed?), IBUS stabilisation or a level gauge.

Would this be a good camera to start with or is there a better option with similar specs to the X-M5 but with the features just mentioned? I don’t have any bias to a brand as of right now but aesthetically I love the more vintage look of the X-M5 in the silver colour way.

Also when it comes to lenses, what would you recommend? So far the Viltrox 25mm F/1.7 seems like a good option but i’m not 100% certain.
