Ankle Sprian Rehab as a Toe Walker
f18, 220lb, 5'5", smoker not a drinker
So, some people walk on their toepads a lot of the time. I wouldn't say it's common but I am not the only one. When I am not wearing shoes I don't walk with flat feet. The main issue is tight hamstrings, which wasn't an issue untill I sprained my ankle.
I have been able to walk, somewhat, but I struggle to put weight on my heel, the stretch, and weight, hurts. I am trying to stretch and stuff, I am improving, but was wondering if anyone had insight on this? Am I overthinking, are there specific things someone in my position would do? When I put weight on the foot, it is mostly not painful, but the back of my heel kinda gets a sharp pain when my foot is flat. Still have swelling, but it is going down so overall I am improving
