Is there a way to have my phone automatically forget the UConnect "device" when unplugged from the car?

i have a 2019 Pacifica PHEV that requires a wired connection to use Android Auto. Nonetheless, it also automatically sets up a BT connection with UConnect when I plug in, presumably for Android Auto. For the most part, it's not a huge issue, however, UConnect often activates even when the car is "off" but charging, either by cable or running the gas motor to charge up the battery, which then takes over any other audio BT connections I have running (speakers, headphones). The only solution to avoid it is to Forget the UConnect device, and then I'm good until the next time I come in.

Is there a way to avoid this issue, like some sort of automatic Forget function, or even just deprioritize UConnect?
