HLA interview 🤯 nervous

Question

having an hlr review for my father. it was approved and coming up. i asked for ( because the supplementle was added in before the HLR for it to be ACE reviewed the med rec are explicitly clear. Fornthose who dont know you can ask for ACE reviewed ( ACE stands for Acceptable Clinical Evidence.

  • Records-Only Review: Instead of an in-person Compensation & Pension (C&P) exam, a medical professional reviews your existing files, including private doctor reports and service records, to form a medical opinion.

and asked for no further exams because of age 81 ( not likey to improve ) and he is also Advanced on the Docket.

lastly requested on 30% even though “by law” he can recieve much more money. so they should be aware he isnt trying to max out payments.

anyone else has attempted it this way?
