Any tips for The Needle free solo?

I'm practicing for my free solo run and am really struggling to get through the needle; any tips? I was able to cruise through The Peril, but keep dying on the needle around where the backpack is: either at the chimney which I cannot do for the life of me, or further to the right and higher up seemingly at random---it looks like all my holds are stable but I fall anyway? Does anyone have a video of an all/mostly green route?
