Advice for going to Universal Studios Japan during golden week

I’m planning to go to USJ on the first day of the golden week (Wed April 29) and would want to seek some advice about how I should plan my day here and if I should get an express pass.

My top priority is the Jujutsu Kaisen 4D ride, then the rest would likely be the same as everyone else: Super Nintendo World, Wizarding World of Harry Potter, the Jaws ride, Minion World. I love the Jurassic Park ride but I also went for it multiple times in Universal Studios Singapore before so it’s not too high of a priority for me in USJ if there’s not enough time.

Some questions that I would need help on:

1. Normally will it get significantly more crowded on this day as the golden week just starts? In that case what time should I arrive at the park for queue for entry?
2. I will be a single rider, should I buy an express pass that includes the rides I want?
3. Any advice for most optimal experience eating there?
