How would you feel if you walked up to order food and the cashier just stared at you until you said something?

Like the cashier doesn't greet you or smile but just stares at you for you to start your order. I had this happen to me twice with two different cashiers at the same place. I'm not trying to be a Karen but like damn it felt so rude.
