Hey guys I have a question

So i have games like Fortnite, and my drivers are app-to-date and everything, and I've been using fit repax, and I've never downloaded that direct X or the visual c.Plus plus from the fit girl launcher, do I need them to play games or are the ones I already have from Fortnite and games like that enough?I downloaded the direct xx for miles morales , and the visual pc++ but i cnaceld the c ++ and only downloead rhe direct x and i run the game fine so do i need them or does my system already have them and shoukd i downloead then evry time
