Townhomes at Lexington Village PTC

Hi everyone! I’m thinking about buying a property in Lexington Village as my primary home and would really love to hear from anyone who knows the area. Any insights, experiences, or things I should keep in mind before moving forward would mean a lot. Thanks so much in advance!
