Is it worth it to try and get a formal diagnosis?

General Question/Discussion

I have a lot of overlap symptoms with stuff like my anxiety, depression, and autism. And I feel like I don't present with the stereotypical ADHD symptoms, but as I've treated my depression and it's sort of fallen to the wayside, I have notice them more clearly. I'm not good at advocating for myself at the doctors. Causes me lots of distress. But so does just day to day life. If any of you have experience with this and like, imposter syndrome, I'd love to hear your opinions.
