Is Saint Maria of Kostandovo real Saint or folk Saint?

This is her story

In the village of Kostandovo lived a beautiful girl named Maria. Together with others girls, in order to avoid converting to Islam, they headed to the monastery on Mount Ostrets. But when they reached the monastery, they found it plundered, and the monks were killed. The girls decided to hide in the cave in Buhlyovitsa. They reached it and spent the night there. In the morning they saw that the whole area is surrounded by janissaries. Maria decided not to give herself up in their hands. On one of the large rocks and threw herself into the gaping abyss. Since then, and To this day, this place is called "Marina Livada". And St. Martyr Mary, who preferred Heavenly, before earthly beauty, is a prayer book for the entire Bulgarian people!
