Audio Randomly Distorting and Glitching

Windows 11

For the past 3 weeks or so, I have been hearing random audio glitches, and the best way I can describe the sound is "VVVV." It happens whether I'm gaming, watching a video, whatever. It happens whether I'm using plugged in headphones, bluetooth headphones, or just the speakers. I'm not sure what could be causing this. I have tried so many things to try and fix this, and nothing has worked. I don't know much at all about computers, so I'm hoping a computer tech wiz could help me out lol

Laptop Specifications:

Device Name: MSI (Thin GF63 12VE)

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H (2.00GHz)

Installed Ram: 8.00 GB (7.71 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition: Windows 11 Home

Version: 25H2

OS Build: 26200.8117

If need more information, I could try to provide it.

I also could try to screen record the sound it makes, but I haven't tested to see if it shows up in screen recordings. Could probably record it with my phone, though, if I'll need to.
