Sourcing in Thailand (newbie post)

Ok, you were warned. I am new to the grey market.

And it's a little harder because I live in Thailand so American compounding pharmacies don't help me. I am not aware of any compounding pharmacies here so I may be looking at ordering from China and hoping customs lets it through.

How do I go about sourcing here, as safely as possible? I am happy to join Discords and look for info elsewhere though if there is anything specific to Thailand, that would be ideal.
