Managing multiple WooCommerce stores was a pain, so I built this

Managing multiple WooCommerce stores was getting really annoying for me.

I had to log into each admin separately just to check orders, statuses, and revenue. Emails didn’t help much either.

So I ended up building a small PHP tool for myself that aggregates orders from multiple stores into one dashboard.

It shows:

• total revenue across stores
• order counts
• per-store stats
• order details (including products)
• and I added a button to jump directly to the order in Woo admin

It’s not a plugin, just a standalone script using the REST API.

Curious — how are you guys handling multiple WooCommerce stores? Any better workflows?
