Valor Tread Armor for Oongka

You get this armor by following the quest line “legendary hunter” and opening a chest inside the torchlight cabin. I completed the questline but never noticed the chest. I came back after discovering I missed the chest and it didn’t spawn. Is this a bug or did I just lock myself out of getting this armor set?
