I know nothing about ECs: are these the sort of things I am supposed to put on it?

Im a sophomore. This summer my plans are:

1. 2 Week art intensive studying classical technique (low acceptance rate)

2. Either 4 week art intensive at NYU (low acceptance rate, 54 students), or 4 week art intensive at Pratt (4 college credits) -- (On that note, what is better to do?)

3. 2 weeks in Europe (London, France) with a select cohort from my school. I plan to practice drawing architecture at this time.
