Internship offer dilema

So recently I applied to various internships and did not expect to hear back from any or maybe just like 1. but i've heard back from multiple of them, and i've completed interviews, and I already have one offer. The trouble is that i'm still waiting to hear back from various other places where it did go pretty well. And they might send me in an offer, and that might be better conditions and better pay or just better suiting the career i want to do. the current offer to clarify is not bad it's just that it is part time, paid and it's only eight weeks and it 's with a city government. i need to be to be careful how I go about this because I don't wanna be on bad terms with this city government.Because I might work with them again in the future. i did not expect to hear back from them. For another, like 1 to 2 weeks. But they sent me that offer like a few days after the interview. so my question is, how do I go about this situation? Is it okay if I ask the other places for an updated timeline, do I leverage the fact that I already haven't offer??? how would I go about asking for more time but I don't wanna seem rude. and I know my field is very competitive. So i'm just mildly panicking right now.

One of the places I'm waiting to hear back from is a environmental engineering firm. And they would offer a lot of training in like what environmental consultants and environmental scientists do.And they would also teach me how to do cad, it would be full time and paid.

One of them, i'm waiting to interview with. And then hear back from is with the nature conservatory, it would be a really good learning experience and remote.

Another one i'm waiting to hear back from is like public outreach and water quality, through a nonprofit. It is also paid, and it would be a good way to get involved with the city. and then there's like one more that's kind of the same as the water quality one. This is my first time ever applying for internships, so i'm not really familiar with the timeline or win offers are usually sent. My long term career goals is more office based work and data analysis and gis within the environmental sector.
