I want to be a stuffer, but I don’t know what to do

Hi. I’m a trans woman who for the last few days been fighting the urge to be either a feedee or stuffer. It’s been a really hard time where I keep going back and forth. I’m scared that because I’m on hrt, the fat won’t go to the right places. The bigger issue I have is that I don’t know what to do and feel so scared about all of this.
