Regarding of Love Through Prism Dub hate

I've seen one,two and three complains/criticism that almost lean to sub vs dub because of the british accent (in original japanese there were no using accent or language barrier just in every other anime), to me the dub looks fine although i understand about criticism of Lili, her parents, Kobayakawa Siblings Dub VA were also from UK and given an british accent.

So, imagine in a perfect world, i think Lili and the japanese character should give regular/neutral american english and had dubbing studios VSI Los Angeles collaborated with VSI London. If the japanese character were being voiced by the US VA who do you would be fit to voice the character
