How has Keni#1429 not been banned yet?

This guy is a legend in streamer circles. Hes been cheating and stream sniping since the game came out. Even I've died to this piece of trash multiple times. It's actually insane that a guy famous for cheating in this game has yet to be banned

The anti cheat in this game will be it's downfall; at least as far as the PvP player base is concerned
