Our Baby - Kidney Renal Pelvis Dilation issue

Hi everyone, I’m here because I’m feeling really concerned and would appreciate hearing your experiences.

My wife is currently 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant. During the anatomy scan, both of our baby’s kidneys measured 7.4 mm. At the follow-up ultrasound, the left kidney has resolved (<7 mm), but the right kidney is now 9.2 mm, showing persistent dilation (fetal pyelectasis/mild-moderate hydronephrosis). The doctor said they will send it for further review (ROC).

This has been very stressful for us, and we’re feeling scared. If anyone has gone through something similar or has any insight, sharing your experience would mean a lot and help ease my anxiety. Thank you so much.
