Morrison Health Care Interview

Hi! So I have worked for Morrison/Compass before. I recently I applied for a position and received an invitation to interview for 10 minutes noting that I would need a camera and microphone; however, this interview is literally just me at my computer, answering questions, camera on....is this normal? it seems a bit strange? I don't remember having to do this for the job I previously had.
