Disney world with a 1.5 and 2.5 year old

Heading to Disney this week with my husband, 1.5 and 2.5 year old. First timers!

We are staying at the grand Floridian and don’t have any exact plans besides a few dining reservations I have made.

I planned on getting lightning passes but there was an issue with app - I may just get the 3 ride option.

Any tips? Must do’s? Feeling completely overwhelmed. Any guides you swear by? I feel like everyone plans to the T and I definitely did not do that…
