The main problem with him is that he poisons the well by saying half truths and half nonsense. For example it is true that the pyramid of foods ruined the lives of many people because it had as a base extremely high carb but then he goes on to spew nonsense like raw milk (which is even contradictory since lactose is very high carb (unless you are a baby)).
