NetStream not working?

I just downloaded the latest version of NetStream from Github (3.34), but none of the videos on the Youtube section seem to load. My internet is fine, the comments on the videos show up, I just get an error saying "Could not connect to the server or device." I have iTLS-Enso installed, I tried downloading older versions, I even tried changing the proxy server, but I still have the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?
