Any stories about your experience with a 3rd party?

I feel like my guys ex is still lingering in the background of our connection…… ever since she discovered me over a month ago…. She blocked me, unblocked me , then just recently as a couple days ago she put her profile on private. I’m very sensitive to energy… and I felt hers very strongly a couple nights… (I’m a little witchy) so I did some protection baths over myself and felt much better… but long story short , me and sp are currently not speaking …. It’s been weeks.. he got overwhelmed by our connection and dealing with his high demanding job … but I get fears that she couple possibly be playing some role in the background… specially with her weird energy on social media….

I’ve been working on my concept , focusing on myself as much as I can, affirming but just staying in my knowing …. He still views my stories every day … but he hasn’t responded to my last message so I’ve been affirming movement… but I swear … her energy just pops up every now n then … not as bad as it was … but the randomly switching her profile to private threw me off again. Just like the blocking and unblocking did …..

Anyone got rid of a 3rd party before ??? And what was going on behind the scenes for them ???
