How to add a new account?

I've been wanting to make a new Pinterest account for things I'll actually post myself, unlike my personal account where I just save other people's posts to my boards and whatnot.

I tried looking into how to *add* a new/second account, but none of them are what I'm seeing. On PC, when I click on the arrow by my account in the top right corner, there is no "Add Pinterest Account" button. Can you not do that anymore, or did they just change he UI and moved it? Please say it's the latter. I really wanted to be able to easily switch back and forth between my accounts without logging out and logging in and such.
