Help me please

Was a good husband , I won’t call myself perfect, but I still I gave up the alcohol, the cigarettes, and even the bags, found out the wifey is pregnant , so went into overdrive .and did my best to save up. Saved $560, trying to do the best for him so that I can buy formula and Nappies , I really couldn’t afford to stay in USA, so moved back to South Africa , tried the back a buddy thing but it didn’t work, I don’t know what to do, he cries so often, don’t know if he wants milk, or to be carried ..can someone please help me out ..e wallets , pay pal all welcome.
