Latin America - Tattoos & 1 year service

When does the PC website post new posts to apply for 1 year service positions? I’m interested in applying to serve in Latin America.

Also, any recommendations on which countries to apply considering a have a sleeve tattoo? I know some Latin American countries have been gaining right wing/militarized governments lately that criminalize those who “look like they in criminal activity”, literally just having a basic tattoo unfortunately…

Back in 2021 I was accepted to teach English in Costa Rica with PC but got cold feet and didn’t accept the offer. Not sure if this would look negatively if I reapply for a position with PC.
