My story:

This transformation was very slow and natural over 4 years. I did not follow any extreme diet or gym program — mostly home workouts, yoga, and simple home food. In the beginning, the biggest problem was that I was very skinny and had low appetite, so gaining weight was difficult. The biggest change happened when I started eating more consistently, added whey protein, and started taking creatine.

Yoga helped me a lot with flexibility, posture, and core strength, while calisthenics helped me build a lean and aesthetic physique. I did not want a very bulky bodybuilding physique — my goal was a natural athletic body that looks fit, functional, and realistic. My strength improved a lot over time, especially in pull-ups, push-ups, and dips. The main lesson I learned is that consistency matters more than the perfect workout or perfect diet.

My current goal is to build a little more chest, shoulders, and arms while keeping the lean waist and overall athletic look.
