How do I 16F break up with my boyfriend 15M?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating almost a year now. I’ve known for a bit I didn’t think things would work out. I feel lusted for, not loved. He doesn’t remember much about what I like or care for what u care about. His primary thoughts are always about something freaky. He begs for photos, even when I’ve said no to him several times. Even when I talk to him about issues or anything like that, he says he’s sorry and wont do it again, but then does it again anyways. There are several more issues than that, but those are the basics. I know I need to end things, but I’m scared. He was my first everything, we have classes together and sit by each other, and we’ve met several of each others family members. He also has some swimsuit/bra photos (I never wanted to send but eventually gave into asking) that I’m so afraid he’ll send to other people at our school. Any thoughts or advice?
