What is your initial reaction about Akane-Banashi getting a dub ?

The anime will get dubbed in may on Netflix, What is your initial thoughts about the announcement from the livestream on youtube ?

To me, it was somewhat surprising and unexpected that they announced an Dub (Likely an English dub) for an anime that relies so heavily on a specific aspect of traditional Japanese culture—particularly one grounded in jokes and wordplay characteristic of old Japan. Given that Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju and My Master Has no Tail—another anime/manga series centered on rakugo—did not receive an English dub, many people had assumed that translating such content into a dubbed format would be impossible. Regardless, I am delighted that they decided to produce a dubbed version so that everyone can enjoy it; I sincerely hope the final result is of excellent quality, features superb direction, and is voiced by a voice actors that perfectly suited to their respective characters. I'm a bit curious—how do you think the voice cast will handle the dubbing process later on?
